Apartamentos Joensuu

Accommodation terms and rules for the rooms and furnished apartments.
Customer commits to follow these terms and rules by making the reservation.

Check-in is on agreed time at Kirkkokuja 4 office, Joensuu or picking up the keys from Hotel Julie, Valimontie 3, Lehmo, which is 5 km from center of Joensuu.

Check-out is at 11 am or according to a contract.
Late check-out is possible against extra charge.

Rooms and apartments have to leave clean and same condition as beginning of the reservation.
Dishes need to be washed and trash cans drain.
Final cleaning is included to week prices.
Separately agreed final cleaning will be charged according to separate service price list.

The customer commits to deal with the property carefully.
Occupant has the legal responsibility of the room/apartment and furniture during the stay. If something breaks and it can not be explained by any natural reason occupant has the liability of damages.

In case the occupant realise some kind of fault or lack during the stay, we need to be informed as soon as possible so we will fix it as fast as we can and depending on urgency. 

Doors and windows need to be locked when leaving the apartment ensuring the safety.

We are not responsible for the customer’s property which is forgotten, missing or left.

Keep the keys with you.
Charge of opening the doors and lost keys is according to a service price list.

Emergency instructions are in the staircases.
Smoking is prohibitted inside. Smoking at balcony depends on housing company.

Pets are welcome to some of our rooms and apartments.
Pet fee is 15€/pet/stay.
